Why We Built This Site
Washington provides public access to many court dockets and case files, but Clark County does not store every record in one system. The elected Clark County Clerk keeps Superior Court files, including felony, civil, domestic, probate, guardianship, and other general-jurisdiction matters. Clark County District Court administers limited-jurisdiction criminal, traffic, civil, and small-claims records. Municipal clerks or contracted court channels hold city matters.
The Washington Courts Case Search helps identify a court and case number, while Odyssey provides available Clark County Superior Court case information. Neither source replaces the clerk's official file or a certified copy. Bringing those distinctions, official contacts, local case-number clues, and request routes together helps readers start with the office that actually maintains the record.

What We Cannot Do
Clark County Court Docket is privately operated and has no affiliation with a Washington court, the Clark County Clerk, or another government agency. That limits its role.
- We cannot retrieve an official docket sheet or case file for a visitor
- We cannot set, reset, cancel, or change a court date
- We cannot alter, remove, redact, or seal a docket or case
- We cannot authenticate or issue a certified court document
- We cannot provide legal advice about an individual matter
- We cannot promise that a fee, phone number, portal result, or calendar entry has not changed
Only the Clark County Clerk, District Court, municipal clerk, or other court custodian that holds the original record can provide an official or certified copy.
Search Partners
Some content pages contain search tools supplied by third-party providers. Those providers operate their own products and determine their prices, terms, and results. If a visitor follows one of those tools to a paid service, Clark County Court Docket may receive a referral fee that supports free public access to the reference content. We do not set the provider's charges, control its database, or certify its results. Official docket information should always be confirmed with the Washington court or clerk that maintains the source record.
